How to ask

1. Send an email to info@dcdapp.co.in with the subject Delete my data.
2. Write from the email address you use in the app, and tell us your name and whether you want to delete your own account, your child’s information, or your whole institution.
3. We may ask one question to confirm that it is really you, so that nobody else can delete your information.

What happens next

• We delete the account and the personal information linked to it within 30 days of confirming your request.
• For a child, the parent or guardian makes the request.
• If you ask to delete a whole institution, we delete its students, classes and records.

What we may keep

Where the law requires it, we keep limited records such as billing and tax records. They are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for anything else.
